COVID-19 FACE MASKS INFORMATION AND EXEMPTIONS - SEE FURTHER INFORMATION LINK

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment.  This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Face to face appointments are available, but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what is most appropriate for you.

Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.

Community Midwives

Elaine Robus

The midwife provides advice, care and support for women, their partners and families during the pre-conceptual, antenatal, intranatal and post natal periods. The midwife is responsible for newborns until the twenty-eighth day when care transfers to a health visitor.  Appointments are available on Wednesday morning only.

Community Nurses

The Kent Community NHS Health Trust provides our District Nursing services.  They provide nursing services in the patient’s home.  They visit patients in their own homes to assess their individual nursing and health care needs. The ongoing care is provided by the nursing team and is regularly evaluated.
