FLU VACCINATIONS - We still have flu vaccinations available.  If you would like a vaccination please contact reception for an appointment.

Please note: In the interests of all of our patients, you will be asked for further information when requesting an emergency appointment.  Thank you.

Please allow a minimum of 10 working days for any letters/reports that you request from the Doctor. Thank you.

Repeat Prescriptions

To order a repeat prescription please send or bring in the prescription counter foil with the items you require clearly ticked.

Alternatively, please request by registering for our on-line service. Details available from reception.

Telephone requests will not be accepted.

Prescriptions will be actioned by the surgery within 48 hours.  Some local chemists will collect your prescription for you, please indicate this on the counterfoil.  If you include a stamped addressed envelope with your request, we will post your prescription back to you.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Usually you will be asked to make an appointment with the doctor or nurse after 6 have been issued.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
