Noticeboard

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how we contact you will be different at the moment.  This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.  Face to face appointments are available, but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what is most appropriate for you and to keep staff and patients safe.

Please DO NOT come to the surgery unless you have an appointment

For further information on the new national restrictions please see the www.gov.uk website and following the link here for information for high risk patients.

Unfortunately, as a practice, we cannot issue letters to exempt patients from work or school due to COVID19

Flu vaccinations

Flu vaccinations

Invitation letters for our flu clinics have now been sent out to those patients who are eligible for the vaccine.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be different procedures in place this year, including clinics being held outside to reduce the risk of infection.

If you do not wish to take up the invitation, we would be grateful if you could let us know.

Please note that, if you are aged between 50 and 64 and not in a clinical at risk group, the earliest you will be offered a flu vaccination is November, providing there is sufficient vaccine. No appointments will be offered for people in this age group until then and we will contact you when there are vaccines available. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first. If you are aged 50 to 64 and are in a clinical ‘at risk’ group which is eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, you will be invited earlier.
